Students need a valid CA identification card to have a job
Students work 2 to 6 hours per week
Pay is slightly higher than minimum wage
All training and transportation is provided by the Adult Transition Program
The WorkAbility I Program offers students 50 to 60 hours of supported employment per school year
After those hours are used up, the ATP collaborates with the California Department of Rehabilitation, TK Momentum, and Colusa One Stop to employ students until the end of the school year
Students receive new jobs each school year to increase their career exposure and skillset
After 4 years in the ATP, staff make sure students have connections with the California Department of Rehabilitation and Colusa One Stop to continue to recieve support once they leave the Adult Transition Program
